Kappa Alpha Order stands with all members. Any act of racism is abhorrent and betrays everything for which Kappa Alpha Order stands. Frustration, anger, and grief weigh heavily on our nation, but our faith will help us find a way forward. Our values of reverence, gentility, knowledge, leadership, brotherhood, and excellence teach us that as KAs we must strive to be better, to make our communities better, and to be part of the solution. - Message from Knight Commander C. Douglas Simmons III

KA’s will always be there for each other. KA is a lifetime experience and is not just for your time in college. We are there to support each other through thick and thin. Please continue to find ways to demonstrate your values every day. We look forward to seeing what you do. Our hopes and dreams are yours, and yours are ours.
Where our interests are clear, our values are sat statke, and we can make a difference; we must act and we must lead. - Madeline Albright

Brotherhood for KA means being there for each other no matter what. During months away from college, some brothers may be experiencing depression, anxiety, or other mental health problems. KA offers three free months of Talkspace to its undergraduate members. TalkSpace provides a private counseling session for our brothers to talk with a registered therapist about their day-to-day issues. How are you looking out for your brothers today? Comment below.

KA’s pride themselves on being leaders among men. Governors Henry McMaster (Rho-South Carolina ‘67) of South Carolina, Bill Lee (Nu-Auburn ‘78) of Tennessee, and Tate Reeves (Alpha Mu-Millsaps ‘93) of Mississippi are KA Alumni that are leading the fight to control the spread of Coronavirus in their respective states.
