We are beyond thrilled to welcome Coach Ally as she plays a larger role as part of our coaching team at Art of Boxing USA. 💛

Coach Ally magically blends the art with vibes, making every session both challenging and fun. She stays true to her philosophy of “smooth, speed and power” and empowers her students through building both mental and physical confidence.

As Coach B’s protégé, when she’s not boxing she’s studying diligently as a student at Charleston School of Law.

Starting August 15th, you can now train with Ally every Saturday morning at 9am.
