Fairies & Flowers Art Camp Three days of creative fun for young artists/makers, fairy enthusiasts and naturalists.

🌼 A FEW MORE OHIO HIGHLIGHTS! 🌼

Got welcomed to the neighborhood on DAY ONE with a gift from my sweet neighbor Liz

❤️ Visited my mom

💅🏻 toenails polished

🥗 Had lunch with my brother and sister-in-law

🌧️ Survived a torrential rain & massive Costco shopping trip

🌱 Received a complimentary lawn mowing because the guys just… kept mowing??

🪑 Patio furniture = assembled (by someone more capable than me 🙌)

☕ My fancy schmancy espresso machine is up and running like I’m a whole new girl

🍔 And yes… I have ordered an absolutely unholy amount of DoorDash

🚶🏻‍♀️Gone on almost nightly walks like I’m in a peaceful little movie montage

And now… the moment we’ve all been waiting for:
📦 Opening the U-Haul pod

I would like everyone to please keep me in your thoughts during this time.

I am 97% sure:
• Everything will fall out the second I crack it open
• At least 3 things are definitely broken
• And there’s a strong chance I just quietly close it back up and pretend I don’t own belongings

👀Looking forward to:

📺 unloading my TV, I’ve been watching it on my 11 inch Echo Show
🛋️ Buying a sofa
⛳️🏌🏻‍♀️ playing golf
⛪️ attending church with my mom’s friends 💗

🚗🐾 We made it to Ohio!!! 🐾🚗

After one VERY full car, a whole lot of cats, and a long day on the road… we officially made it home! 🏡✨

We left at 8:00 a.m. Sunday morning and pulled in just after 7:00 p.m.—and honestly, I could not be more proud of my little traveling crew. 🐱💛

Road trip highlights (aka: survival story 😂):
• No radio for the first 4 hours… because instant concert of meowing 🎤🐾
• 3 stops for gas + human pit stops ⛽🚻
• I ate… ALL the road snacks. Every. Single. One. 🍿😂
• Later in the trip: a pattern of 1 hour of meowing ➡️ 2 hours of silence 🙌
• I even got to turn on The Masters… and yes, the cats seemed to enjoy it ⛳😄

🏆 And now… the CAT AWARDS:
• 🎤 Most Vocal: Lorelei (no competition 😂)
• 🥈 Runner-up Vocalist: Julia
• 🧘‍♂️ Chillest Cat: Jack
• 🥈 Chill Runner-up: Jogger
• 🐾 Escape Artist Attempt: Patches

Patches and Jack rode shotgun with me like little co-pilots 💛

✨ Since arriving…
• The cats are very unsure about the outdoors—those Ohio birds are a little too exciting 🐦👀
• So far, only Julia has bravely explored the basement 🕵️‍♀️
• New routine = cats sleep all day 😴, snuggle with mom at night 💕, party ALL night 🎉, breakfast 🍽️, repeat

And they are getting along amazingly well 🥹🐾

🏆 Special awards at home:
• 😾 “Most Not Happy” (for now): Jack
• Found hiding behind the bathroom drawers for 3 hours 😳
• Also wins: 🚿 Most Unusual Hiding Spot (the shower seat 😂)

But truly… they are LOVING:
🌞 All the windows
🌳 Bird watching
🧗 Their new cat tree
🛠️ “Helping” me build furniture (supervisors, obviously)

And me? My heart is so full. This has exceeded every expectation 💛🏡

The only thing missing…
is the laughter, giggles, and sweet chaos from my art students 🎨💕

The cats (and I!) miss you all so much 🐾💛

YEEHAW & Y’ALL ready for this one?! 🤠🎀✨

Our Boots & Bows Art Camp was boot-scootin’ CUTE today!! 👢💖 The artists got to pick their vibe—sweet bows 🎀, classic boots 👢, or 🔥boots with flames🔥—and then we bedazzled ‘til we dazzled 💎✨ (because more sparkle = more yeehaw, obviously 😌)

And yes ma’am… we had our cowgirls AND cowboys showing up and showing OUT 🤠👢✨

We soaked up the sunshine ☀️, had the most peaceful, happy day, and let those creative juices giddy-up and GO! 🎨🐎

And the sweetest part… we worked on a very special surprise project for sweet Emma 💕🥹 (cue the heart melt!!!) PLUS made adorable bracelets with the cutest little boots & bows charms 🧵🎀👢

Just a bunch of happy little cowgirls, cowboys, and creatives living their best sparkly life 🤠💖✨

We really tied it all up with a bow today 🎀😉

💕🎀 Barbie Day = PURE PINK PERFECTION! 🎀💕

We kicked off our Spring Break Barbie Art Party with the cutest Barbie tattoos 💋✨, then designed & painted our own personalized Barbies on canvas 🎨👛 (because every girl deserves to be the main character 💅💖)

We polished our nails 💅, sang along to all our favorite girl anthems 🎶👯‍♀️, and basically lived our BEST Barbie lives all day long 💕🌸✨

It was sweet, sparkly, and full of imagination… just the way Barbie would want it 💖👠
