Dear Heart:
Sometimes life shatters our plans, our health, or our hearts. We look down at the mess and think, "What can God do with this?" Please, remember this: A whole mirror reflects one image, but a thousand broken pieces can reflect the light in a thousand different directions. Don't be ashamed of your brokenness. Those very pieces are what God is using to create a beautiful mosaic of strength and boldness that will inspire everyone who sees it.
You aren't "falling apart;" you are being rearranged for His Glory!

💡 Coach Michele’s Tip of the Week: The "Bold"
Dear Heart:
Sometimes, the boldest thing you can do is nothing at all.
The Tip: When grief or anxiety starts to feel like a tidal wave this week, practice the "Bold Pause." Instead of rushing to "fix" the feeling or "busy" yourself away from it, stop for 60 seconds. Breathe in God’s peace and breathe out the pressure to be "okay."
Being bold doesn't always mean moving forward; sometimes it means being brave enough to sit still until the storm passes.
Try this today: Set a timer for one minute, close your eyes, and say: "I am bold, I am loved, and I am safe in His hands."

From the Darkest Wilderness to Purpose: My Journey to Good Grief Coaching
Hello, I'm Michele, and as a Grief Life Coach, I know firsthand the wilderness of loss.
Nine years ago, my world ended. On June 9, 2016, I lost my 22-year-old son, Brannon, under traumatic circumstances. I remember the disbelief—the utter collapse—when I was told he died in recovery after a successful surgery. How could my baby boy, who survived nine gunshots, be gone? That question started me on the darkest journey of my life.
Walk with me, for a moment. This profound, life-altering devastation became the driving force behind everything I do today. It compelled me to become Brannon’s voice, leading to the creation of IAMHISVOICE. I started writing inspirational quotes, not just for others, but because sometimes; I needed the motivation to simply get up.
But over time, the inspiration wasn't enough. There was a void, a feeling of being stagnant. I realized my calling wasn't just to write about grief, but to actively coach others through it.
This led me to become a Grief Life Coach. And now, years later, guided by impeccable timing and God’s plan, I am humbled to share this hard-won wisdom with you.

Dear Heart,
I feel you inside .. And, it feels like you're broken into a billion tiny pieces! The flesh in me yearns for my loved ones' presence - to hear their voices and to feel their touch. Lately, you've been aching me, differently - I feel a persistent pain on my left side. I know this level of pain won't last forever. Even, though it feels like it won't ever stop. I know sooner or later this pain will eventually become more dull, but it will never go away. This level of hurt is a void that only God can fill. Remember, God will never leave you; nor forsake you .. God loves you and I love you too! 💕 💜

Dear Heart,
Please, STOP! It's either anxiety or a panic attack.
Focus & Pay close attention to my words: Take a few deep breaths, think about water or the sound of beach waves.
Now, relax your mind and body - Especially, your neck and arms. Try to calm your breathing and take normal breaths while focusing on the sound of beach waves.
Now, repeat these steps as often as needed for the next 6-8 minutes, then notice; that you've allowed yourself to meditate. And, you seriously thought you couldn't meditate. You can 'Thank Me' later! ✍🏾 💜 Good Grief COACH
