GOALS
In the Hospitality Management program, our primary goal is to prepare students for successful, rewarding careers in their respective fields of study. Students in the Hospitality Management Program will be able to:
1. Apply concepts and principles of hospitality service excellence in marketing, law, revenue management an

d strategic planning, to the unique aspects of hospitality operations.
2. Analyze current political, economic, and social issues that affect food service, lodging and travel and tourism industries.

3. Evaluate various concepts and meanings of leisure and health and wellness that apply to the hospitality, travel and tourism industries.

4. Assess unique hospitality service characteristics and principles that are the business of hospitality management.
