Do you have just 5 hours a week to make a difference?

TLC: The Learning Center is looking for caring, community-minded individuals to join our team! As a proud non-profit, we are dedicated to providing excellent childcare for Charles City families and we need your help to keep our programs thriving.

This opportunity is perfect for:
-Retired community members looking to stay connected, share their warmth, and give back in a meaningful way.
-College students seeking flexible hours around their class schedule, buildable resume experience, or a jumpstart on a career in education.
-High school students (16+) interested in education, early childhood development, or simply gaining hands-on experience working with children.

Whether you are looking for a gentle way to stay active in the community or stepping-stone experience for a future career, just one 5-hour shift a week makes a huge impact for local families. (And if you're available for more hours, we have room for that, too!)

Join us in helping local kids grow!
