What a fantastic storytime we had at the Charles City fire station this week in honor of Fire Safety Week. Chief Deverell taught us about having a meeting place outside and to stay low and stomp your feet so the firefighters can find you if you can’t get out. We explored engine 1 and took lots of pictures!! Thank you Chief Deverell!!

**A sock was found outside the fire station. If it’s yours, you can pick it up at the library!!

Are you a teen or pr***en looking for something to do while you’re at the library? We now have a “break in” bag available at the front desk to use in the library!!!

Solve the clues to “break” into the bag and get your prize!!! Then return it to the front desk for the next person to solve.

Oh my goodness! Did we ever have fun making slime during Get Messy last week?!! Even one of the Dads joined in the fun!!!!

And I do believe we will be able to tie dye tomorrow at 3:30 pm!!!

We’re doing towels but if you have something white at home that you want to tie dye also…. Bring it along!!!!
