We have a few select spots left! If your child is showing signs that they are ready for some socializing and learning, I would love to chat! Common questions we get..
1. How old do they need to be to start?
2-1/2 years old to 5 years old. We are the only local exclusive preschool around that accepts children at age two years and six months. Most require them to be three years and fully independent on the potty.
2. Do they need to be fully potty independent?
Nope! We know every child progresses at his or her own pace. We have short part time classes, so we are here to help them! Often they see peers ask to go potty so they want to also!
3. What do I do if my child still naps?
Our classes are part time. Two or three days per week so our families have found that a short or no nap on school days is a nice gradual introduction to stopping naps before kindergarten.
4. What is the difference between full day child care and preschool?
While both provide a safe, caring environment for children, their primary purposes are different.

🏠Daycare is designed to provide care and supervision while parents are working. Children may participate in activities, play, socialize, and learn throughout the day, but the main focus is providing dependable childcare in a nurturing environment.

⭐️Preschool is primarily an early learning experience. Children are intentionally taught skills that prepare them for kindergarten and beyond. This happens in an age appropriate time frame. Jump Start Preschool and Pre-k classes include things like:

✏️ Recognizing and forming letters, numbers, shapes, and colors, rhyming, name writing, learning sight words and more.
📖 Early literacy and language skills
🔢 Early math and problem-solving
✂️ Fine-motor and pre-writing skills
🎨 Creativity and hands-on learning
👫 Sharing, cooperation, and making friends
💬 Communication and expressing feelings, gaining confidence and the first steps of independence from parents.
🧠 Following directions and developing independence in skills.
🎒 Learning classroom routines and school-readiness including “public/peer” speaking,
Experiences, group work and their special time away.
👩🏻‍🦰Parents form friendships too at drop off and pick-up that extend WELL beyond the preschool years.

As we wind down our school year, I look back at not only the academics, but the fun, the music, the dancing, the smiles, the laughter and the tremendous growth these kids have had. They are our hearts. We can’t wait to welcome our new classes next year, but we are soaking in every bit of these kiddos until we hit the stage 🎓in May.
