🍁🦃 Thanksgiving Celebration at Play Care Early Learning Center! 🦃🍁
Yesterday, our Play Care family—students, teachers, and parents—came together for a heartwarming Thanksgiving celebration. The children kicked off the event with an adorable Thanksgiving song and poem that filled the room with smiles and pride.
After the performance, everyone enjoyed a delicious Thanksgiving meal. A huge thank you to our wonderful parents for the generous food donations that made our feast extra special!
The room looked festive and cozy, decorated beautifully with the children’s own artwork—truly the perfect backdrop for a day filled with gratitude, community, and joy.
We are so thankful for our amazing families and this sweet day of togetherness. 🍂

🎓🍦What a sweet way to end an incredible preschool year!

We wrapped up our time together with a joyful graduation celebration, marking a year full of learning, laughter, and growth. The smiles (and a few happy tears) said it all! 💙

To top it off, the ice cream truck made a special visit—because what's a celebration without a treat? 🍨

Our summer enrichment was a blast, with magical weekly themes that took us on underwater adventures with pirates and mermaids, through the excitement of a carnival, down to the beach, and back in time to stomp with the dinosaurs! 🏴‍☠️🧜‍♀️🎡🌊🦖

Thank you to all our amazing families for being part of this unforgettable journey. Here’s to a summer full of memories and a bright future ahead! 🌞✨

🌸🐦 Spring is for the birds! 🐦🌸
Our preschoolers had so much fun painting our Blue Room popsicle stick birdhouse, inspired by the book Sticks by Diane Alber! With bright colors and lots of imagination, they worked together to create a cozy little home for our feathered friends.
Today, we took a special trip to the playground to hang it up and can’t wait to see which birds come to visit! This hands-on activity was a wonderful way to spark creativity, connect with nature, and celebrate the joys of spring. 🌿✨
Who else loves watching birds this time of year? Tell us your favorite backyard visitors in the comments! 🐥💛

🌍✈️ This Week’s Adventure: Canada! 🍁🇨🇦
Our preschool enrichment class took a "trip" to the beautiful country of Canada! The children explored Canada’s wonders, from its majestic mountains and icy Arctic regions to its iconic red maple leaf flag. We learned how maple trees give us yummy maple syrup and even practiced saying “hello” in French—Bonjour!
The kids discovered amazing animals like moose, beavers, and polar bears. They also learned about igloos, the cozy snow houses built by the Inuit long ago, and how they worked to keep people warm.
At our learning centers, we:
🎨 Made moose hats and Canadian flags
❄️ Built marshmallow igloos and explored play snow with arctic animals
🏰 Pretended to visit Quebec City with chateaus and Ontario with a Niagara Falls backdrop
To wrap up, we enjoyed a French pastry with real maple syrup—just like in Montreal. Yummy!
Canada was such a fun “destination,” and we can’t wait to see where our passports take us next week. Stay tuned for our next adventure! 🌟
