CRHS 2024 Veterans Day Ceremony went very well today, I’m super proud of all my kids! Greeters, servers, Color Guard, speakers, band, choir, the ladies that prepared the vet’s lunch prior to the ceremony, the faculty, teachers that brought their classes, everyone that participated did an excellent job! Special “Thank You” to our local VFW and area vets for allowing us the privilege of having your participation, and for being our guests of honor!

All three FLP classes from Logan county (Logan, Man, and Chapmanville) represented today at the state capitol, in recognition of Prevention Day, with the Logan County Prevention Coalition!
It was a lot of fun, truly a great learning experience for everyone involved, and the fellowship between the three schools was fantastic!

Happy Veterans Day from CRHS FLP!
It was such an honor to be able to organize and host the ceremony this year, the students served a full lunch to the vets as they arrived (major Thank You to the cafeteria staff for preparing the meal!), ushered our guests, and even led in the opening ceremony and prayer! We owe another big “thanks” to the choir and band, they were fantastic!
Most importantly, on behalf of the CRHS Future Leaders Program, I want to thank our guests and each and every one of the veterans in our community and beyond for your service!

Some teachers have already agreed to offer bonus points to those who participate, so there’s some extra incentive.
