⚾ Before our students stepped up to the plate for a new school year, the Odyssey team was getting game-ready!

Earlier this month, our staff came together for our Opening Series: All-Staff Professional Development - two days focused on learning, collaboration, reflection, and preparing to make this school year a winning one for our students. 💙

From building a championship mindset and strengthening our student-first culture to collaborating as teams and developing our playbook for the year ahead, our OOL All-Stars showed up ready to learn, grow, and support one another.

And now that the school year is officially underway, it’s time to put that preparation into action! ⚾🏆

• October 26 — Greenville
• October 28 — Rock Hill
• October 29 — Lexington

📅 ACT Testing
• October 27 — Spartanburg
• October 28 — Summerville
• October 29 — Lexington

⏰ All testing begins at 9:00 AM.

Starting online school comes with new routines, new tools, and lots to explore! Join us for an Odyssey Online Learning Middle School Family Orientation designed to help students and families feel confident and prepared from day one. 💻🌟

During orientation, we’ll talk about:

💻 Getting comfortable with the learning platform
🤝 Staying connected with teachers and support

This August, the Odyssey Online Learning Board of Directors gathered in Charleston for its annual Board Retreat.

The Board spent valuable time collaborating and building on OOL’s continued success, with conversations focused on school priorities, financial planning, fundraising opportunities, board leadership, school identity, strategic planning, and continued growth and development.

We’re grateful for our Board’s commitment to thoughtful leadership and creating new opportunities for our students, families, and school community. 💙
