We are excited to share that Abner Montessori School will offer classes for the 2025-2026 school year, beginning August 4th 2025. While we previously announced in January that we would pause operations, recent opportunities and community support have inspired us to continue our mission of providing exceptional Montessori education grounded in Biblical values.

Our child-centered approach fosters independence, curiosity, and compassion, nurturing each student’s unique developmental journey. We invite prospective families to explore our unique learning community through an in-person or Zoom tour.

Abner Montessori School is looking for a part-time grounds keeper and maintenace person to perform maintenance and janitorial work. We are looking for a reliable person who can work independently and has experience with basic repair work. Hours are flexible, and evening work time is acceptable. Abner Montessori School is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant! As an administrative assistant, you will manage various office functions, including answering phones, maintaining student records, updating websites, sending email notifications, and maintaining promotional materials. Basic proficiency (or a willingness to learn) in the Apple platform is necessary.

Abner Montessori School is seeking a media assistant. Ideal candidates will be knowledgeable in Apple computers, photography, videography, and familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Final Cut, and basic web design. This could be an excellent position for a high school or college student interested in Media Arts who needs flexible part-time hours. Some training is available for this position, but the person must possess fundamental skills related to Apple computers and a strong interest in media arts.

Abner Montessori School is seeking two part-time (approximately 4 hours per day) reading coaches to spend one-on-one time reading with our students, mainly ages 4-7. The ideal candidate should have professional experience working with children and possess excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
