Cedeno Taekwondo School Closed as of end of August 2017 However, Taekwondo is much more than just a self-defense skill, it is a way of thought and life.

CEDENO TAEKWONDO SCHOOL is the first Internationally recognized taekwondo school serving the Northwest Columbia SC area. 4th degree Black Belt "Master Yarley" brings over 25 years experience training students in the Olympic Style of Taekwondo. Taekwondo is a system of symmetrical body exercises, and techniques, designed for self-defense using the hands and feet to block and strike, when necessary

. Or school is dedicated to training both the body and the mind, placing great emphasis on the development of moral character. We believe that self control and discipline, kindness and humility – must go hand in hand with physical grace. That is why Cedeno Taekwondo School is the perfect choice for you and your family. Here we teach all ages the 5 tenets of Taekwondo. Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit are incorporated in every aspect of our classes. Children learn respect and discipline while having fun in an energetic and exciting class. Adults will relieve stress, gain flexibility, and build core strength in our adult classes. We are only one of the schools that offer family classes where children and adults can learn in the same classroom. Remember, a family that kicks together sticks together!
