Chapin High School ALA Booster Club WHAT IS THE ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP ACADEMY (ALA)? The ALA program is designed for academically gifted students who are invested in their learning.

The Chapin ALA Booster Club’s purpose is to provide support for ALA students and Teachers while providing activies where student and teacher growth is facilitated The ALA faculty at Chapin High School consists of dedicated staff who are committed to guiding students to create new knowledge in preparation for a lifetime of situational leadership. WHAT IS THE ALA BOOSTER CLUB? While the majority of

the work is done by the students and the ALA faculty, the Chapin ALA Booster Club supports the program, faculty, and students in a variety of ways. The ALA Booster Club enables the faculty to concentrate on what they do best - teaching tomorrow’s situational leaders – by providing funding for field trip buses, hosting fun events for the students, organizing the annual ALA Celebration Banquet in May, and array of other activities. HOW CAN YOU HELP THE ALA BOOSTER CLUB? Please become a member of the ALA. We ask that each family donate $50 per year to support the ALA program, activities and teacher trainings. As a 501c3 organization, all contributions may be tax deductible.
