Mark your calendars!! My next SASS 1 class is going to be July 11th in Chapin! In SASS 1 we cover how to defend yourself in the most common threats to your safety. You will be trained physically, emotionally & mentally! We learn a lot in this class & also have a lot of fun! Grab the women in your life & lets do this!

There is something powerful about a room full of young women who are relentlessly pursuing all they were created to become.

Each year, we have the honor of training the senior girls at Wesleyan School, just outside of Atlanta, in threat assessment and self-defense. And every single time, we walk away inspired by their kindness and confidence.

Wesleyan’s commitment to their students goes far beyond academics. They are intentionally shaping leaders who are anchored in faith and equipped with the awareness, confidence, and the skills to protect themselves and others. That kind of investment doesn’t just change individual lives, it strengthens families, communities, and the future.

The SASS Go gala is a beautiful event that supports the mission of SASS to build a first of its kind facility to support survivors in the in between. While SASS works towards this mission they are still continuing to train, advocate & protect through education, self defense classes, risk reduction & collaborations with multiple organizations. Last week we had the gift of being able to train these sweet girls at for their winterim! Each year Ben Lippen students get to choose from a variety of experiences to engage in for a week! We are so excited they chose to spend theirs with us! This week these girls learned how to physically defend themselves, they learned about every day safety, the power of using their voices and about healthy relationships. These girls are full of heart and so very strong!! They worked so hard and we are so grateful to have watched them shine this week!
