This is Virginia. She’s 86. We’ve been working together for a little over a year. When I first showed her this movement she looked at me like I was a lunatic. And after attempting it one time, with just bodyweight, she said, “I’ll never be able to do that.” A year later and a bodyweight Turkish Getup has become too easy, so we’ve added a little bit of weight. Virginia had been consistent and done the work. That’s all it takes. Strength is for everyone 💪

If you’re looking to kick off 2026 with a fresh start, we’ve got you covered. RadFit offers strength programs for every member of the family—from age 5 to 105.

🏡 Based right here in Briar Chapel, we focus on making movement fun, inclusive, and accessible. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or ready to level up, we’d love to support your goals.

📣 New sessions begin January 5 and include:

👾 Making Monsters (ages 5–11)
🧪 Monster Lab (ages 12–18)
💪 Personal & Small Group Training (all ages)
🌀 Active Aging Resistance Band Class (ages 55+)

We just wrapped up our Fall Monster Lab session and I already can’t wait for our winter classes to start. This program is designed for 12-18 year olds to learn and practice the fundamentals of strength training. We integrate these foundational principles into a comprehensive athletic development program. Here teens learn to work hard, work smart, have fun, and be confident in their strength. Our winter program starts on Jan. 6th. DM if interested in reserving a spot for your teen. These are small group classes capped at 6 kids per class so spots are limited.

We had such a great time running the Kid Zone for the Briar Chapel Sports Social last night. Thanks to the Briar Chapel Community Association for putting it on and to all our neighbors that spent their Friday evening hanging out with us and enjoying some physical activity. We love any opportunity to serve our community and help lead the way in showing that fitness doesn’t have to be a chore.
