Haithar beautiful friends! I'll be offering two workshops this summer at Yoga Garden in Pittsboro, "Got Hips?" & "Gettin' Earthy." Both are suitable for beginners but will have more challenging material for students with previous dance experience. As usual, all ages/shapes/sizes encouraged.
