We need YOU for PTA Treasurer!

PTA needs a new volunteer for treasurer by this Friday, June 5. PTA cannot perform any activities after June 30 without a treasurer - please volunteer! You will be the Northside staff’s FAVORITE person, as you get to buy school supplies and write checks for fun activities. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED.

PTA provides the training and supplies. Almost all tasks can be done at home on the computer. Ask questions or volunteer by emailing [email protected]!

It's a busy time as we head to the end of the school year!! Extra thanks to parents, teachers and staff for keeping up with all the activities and fun!! We appreciate you!

Families of students in grades 3-5, please be on the lookout for an upcoming End-of-Grade (EOG) testing update from Dr. J.

Library Book Reminder!!

As we prepare for the end of the school year, please help your child check for any missing library books at home, in backpacks, under beds, or in classrooms. Returning library books as soon as possible helps us organize and prepare our library for next year. Thank you for your support!

Navigators on the Move Presents: Twisted Tales!

Join us on Friday, May 29, as our talented Navigators on the Move (NOTM) performers bring fairy tales to life with a fun and unexpected twist in Twisted Tales! Students have worked incredibly hard preparing for this exciting performance, and we are proud to showcase their confidence and acting talents.

Performance Times:

1:00 PM – Navigator School Performance
6:00 PM – Navigator Family Performance

🥫 PSF Summer Food Drive: The Chapel Hill-Carrboro Public School Foundation is partnering with PORCH to collect food donations for the summer months.

When: Mondays through Thursdays, May 18 - June 26, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
Where: Drop off food at the main office of any CHCCS school or at Lincoln Center.

We have been closely monitoring the weather forecast and have made our final decision. Due to the impending weather, we will move forward with our Navigator Field Day Contingency Plan.

Kindergarten - Second Grade Field Day: Thursday, May 14
Third - Fifth Grade Field Day: Friday, May 15
