Earth Day is essential for preschool children because it fosters a basic love of nature, teaches simple principles of environmental stewardship (such as recycling), and raises awareness of how their actions affect the planet. It transforms abstract environmental concepts into practical, engaging activities, such as planting, sorting waste, and cleaning parks, that help them feel capable and connected to the world around them.
El Día de la Tierra es fundamental para los niños en edad preescolar porque fomenta un amor básico por la naturaleza, les enseña principios sencillos de cuidado ambiental (como el reciclaje) y les hace conscientes de que sus acciones afectan al planeta.
