Happy Pride Month! 🌈 Creating safer, more inclusive workplaces isn't just the right thing to do, it's how we build a stronger industry for everyone. We're proud to stand with LGBTQ+ tradespeople, trainees, advocates, and allies. Together, we're building job sites where every person is respected, valued, and empowered to thrive.

Week two for our Raleigh cohort was all about getting hands-on! Our trainees spent the week building confidence while practicing with hand tools and learning foundational skills they’ll carry with them into the trades. From drills to hammers, there’s always something new to master. Which tool or trade skill have you always wanted to learn how to use? Let us know in the comments! 🔨

Big things happen when partnerships create opportunities.
Recently, Everblue partnered with Hope Renovations for a 4-day Weatherization Pre-Apprenticeship training for Hope grads and staff, equipping participants with hands-on skills that help lower energy costs, and improve home safety. Through this partnership, we’ve already trained more than 30 Hope folks, opening doors to new career pathways in the skilled trades and energy efficiency industry.
We’re grateful to Everblue for investing in our trainees and helping build brighter futures, one skill at a time.
