At this week’s leadership lab, the BN learned techniques from the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program. We specifically practiced counter to the mount and counter to the guard. This lab gave us great practical knowledge that we may need to use someday as future warfighters.

Today, the Blue Devil Battalion participated in the annual 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb. Local firefighters, policemen, military service members, and others all climbed 2,071 steps, representing the stairs first responders climbed in the World Trade Center.
