UNC-Chapel Hill Esports denounces the murder of George Floyd and stands for justice and with the protesters calling for it.
We cannot sit idle while these reoccurring issues continue to plague our country and community.
We are, first of all, a gaming community. Being part of UNC-Chapel Hill has allowed our board and members to meet different people with a diversity of backgrounds.
We stand that gaming is a place where you will find common ground with anyone in the world and it should be an environment that will allow anyone in, regardless of the color of their skin, gender, or sexuality.
We are building a community of inclusiveness and acceptance, and we will never tolerate racism or any type of discrimination inside or outside our community.
