Behind every healthcare experience is a complex ecosystem of consultants, policymakers, innovators, researchers, entrepreneurs, investors, pharmaceutical leaders, insurers, and technology professionals working to improve health outcomes.

Through CBOH Career Networks, students (and lifelong learners) can explore seven industry sectors that make up the broader healthcare ecosystem while learning, connecting, and engaging with professionals across the field.

Applications for the Business of Health Undergraduate Minor officially open next week! 🎉 Designed for students interested in the intersection of healthcare, business, policy, innovation, and leadership, the minor offers interdisciplinary learning, foundational business knowledge, and meaningful connections.

Students can apply through ConnectCarolina: Self Service → Student Center. Application are due by 9:00pm on August 24!

This Pride Month, we celebrate and support the LGBTQ+ community and recognize the importance of inclusion, dignity, and belonging in healthcare, business, and beyond.

The future of healthcare will be shaped by leaders who can think across disciplines. This year, the Business of Health Undergraduate Minor at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School celebrated its first 13 graduates - with students pursuing opportunities across consulting, business, healthcare, and advanced education pathways.

With 57 students continuing as upperclassmen in the program next year, the future of healthcare leadership at Carolina continues to grow!

The healthcare industry increasingly demands leaders who understand both business strategy and healthcare complexity. This year, 26 MBA students graduated with a healthcare concentration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
