STAR Heel Performance lab at UNC develops technology and enhances knowledge on movement science that helps to improve everyday life.
We use AR and AI technology to collect data on the human body so that we may understand movement and prevent injury.

Hope everyone’s semester has gotten off to a great start! We were honored to have visit the lab and test out some of our tech. These pics feature technology we use for sensory/neurocognitive assessment and training!

Our lab combines innovative technologies with evidence-based science for real-world applications in behavioral and movement science.
