The Spring 2024 UNC Russian Flagship Program application is now live for current undergraduates! Use the link in our bio to access the application. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until March 31.

If you are a prospective applicant and would like additional information about the program prior to applying for the program, please complete the interest form below and one of our advisors will reach out to you. Last day of International Education Week!!
This summer, UNCRFP junior Olivia Hruby spent 8 weeks in Vilnius, Lithuania. Beyond learning Russian, she enjoyed exploring the cities of Lithuania, volunteering at the local Ukrainian center, and getting to witness Vilnius transform for the NATO Summit.
