Kindermusik With Friends

This morning, I received an email from a Kindermusik family. They need to cancel their registration for this new semester because they must relocate for the safety of their children. While they are American and born here, due to their ethnicity, they are afraid of the racial profiling happening in our neighborhoods.

“Our lives begin to end when we become silent about things that matter.” MLK Jr.

Stand up for justice, love others, and speak out when those in power go too far. I am sad and sickened that anyone lives in fear in our community. We need to do better. This isn’t happening somewhere else; it’s happening here and now.
