📢 Congratulations .realtor for winning our “Shape Up For Summer” nutrition challenge! 🎉
Laura lost an amazing 7.5% of her bodyweight in 6 weeks. She says, “The key for me was going from an average of 5,000 steps a day to making sure to get 13,000 steps in every day. Also, having my family eating the same meals as me made it much easier. Meal prepping and doing the extra Sunday workout was a huge help to stay on track.”

Memorial Day (Monday, May 25) “Murph Workout” @ 5:30am. Conditioning Day workouts @ 7 & 8am!
Monday, June 15- Youth Sports Conditioning Program starts! Ages 9-13
Parents, don’t let your kids age 14 and up sit around either! Add them to your membership for the summer, no cancellation fee when school resumes.
