Kali class was small this morning, but it was great to have Melanie come play with us while she was in town! It's always fun getting to train with friends from other places 👌

It was great seeing old and new friends at the jujitsu Christmas party! I'm glad we were able to have one this year after missing it last year. Looking forward to the new year and all the new adventures it brings, both on and off the mat!

Jujitsu may be primarily a grappling art, but it's important to keep up on that striking game too! Spent some time last night reviewing some basic patterns and got in a little free play too 👊

We're excited to announce that in August we will be hosting a four-session self defense course for women! Come learn strategies to increase awareness and avoid potentially dangerous encounters, as well as what do to if it becomes necessary to take action. Hey everyone! We've been keeping a low profile for the last year during the pandemic in order to keep class sizes small and safe. Now that vaccines are readily accessible and many restrictions are lifted, we are excited to start growing the class and welcoming new students!
