The next iteration of TechShop is in the works. Techshop, Inc. has reached an agreement and principal to sell the entire company to a group called TechShop 2.0, LLC. Further information will be made available over the next few days through email, social media, and at techshop.com.

The vision is to re-open and continue running open-access makerspaces, beginning with original and priority TechShop locations.

TechShop 2.0 will work with members at each location for the purpose of assisting anyone who may need to remove personal materials from one of our locations.

All of the staff showed up today to help make sure that the transition went as smoothly as possible. Thank you everyone for the amazing memories and friendships. We will never forget our makerspace.

This Saturday Nov. 11th Using tools like Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw to prepare your artwork come and laser etch or cut your ideas into wood, leather, acrylic or cardboard.

Even the sky isn't the limit with these tools, but you could raster some dreamy clouds into your project during this class!

Parents/Guardians and children ages 8-17 can get certified on TechShop's Universal Lasers within this SBU (Safety and Basic Use) course.
