Today is a special day (as long as weather permits)!

Artemis II will be launched into space and travel to the moon! NASA's first moon mission in 53 years!

Man will not be landing on the moon this time, but this is the important first step to reignite a new era of space missions. Yet, once this mission is complete, it will be the furthest any humans have traveled in space!

Things to celebrate will be that this is the first lunar mission where there will be a woman, person of color, and Canadian on board!

Launch time is schedule for 6:24 EDT.
