English professor (and SVO co-sponsor) Miguel Fernandez is offering his customary Tutor-Thon TODAY, Apr. 27. Fernandez is available in the Pecos Veterans Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today to offer assistance with written assignments to CGCC veterans.
While Fernandez won't write your paper for you, he can offer invaluable assistance in polishing the final product. You will need to bring your assignment, any rubrics, and your draft with you.

On Tuesday, April 18, SVO and One Voice combined to sponsor the first annual CGCC Cat Walk. With some extra help from "Wonder Woman" Miguel Fernandez and CGCC faculty, the event raised over $700 for One-n-Ten, a group benefiting homeless LGBT youth.
The following are your 2017-18 SVO Officers:

Last SVO meeting of the semester is May 2nd at noon!
Voting for 2017-2018 officer positions is now open to currently enrolled SVO members at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CTF7BZN.
Several of the current officers are running unopposed, but there is a race for Chief Operations Officer between David Hopkinson and David Teel.
