Being the first in AZ to bring the Megaformer to the valley, it is known as the hottest workout in Hollywood! Brooke Burke and many other celebrities are huge fans. SPX combines cardio,strength training,flexibility and pilates all wrapped into a 50 minute full body workout. This system is time efficient and very effective in as little as 3 weeks. SPX fitness is the only workout of its kind to effe

ctively combine strength,endurance,cardio,balance and flexibility training not only in 1 session but in each and every move. We have 11 machines and offer classes 7 days a week. Anyone can do this workout no matter what their fitness level is. Even the very fit clients struggle and definitely feel the results because it is working the intrinsic and extrinsic muscles. Not only is it effective on the muscles, but it also on the joints,spine and connective tissues.
