🦉 Help Harry! STEM Challenge in Action! 🛠️💡
Mrs. Wilson’s 6th graders put their creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to the test as they designed and built a perch for Harry! Students worked together to plan, build, test, adjust, and improve their designs—all while trying to get Harry as high as possible without putting him at risk! 🙌
We love seeing learning come to life through hands-on challenges like this. So many creative solutions and some impressive engineering in action! 👏✨

Our sixth graders are putting science into action by planting seeds and caring for them over the next nine weeks. We can’t wait to watch their plants grow and see the harvest their hard work produces! 🪴🌾

Students have been working on sorting objects as part of our math program. In these pictures they worked with partners, decided what criteria to use, and sorted.

Students received a book box and first monthly donated book. They will continue to get a book once a month throughout the year thanks to some wonderful donations from my friends and family. 💙📚

🏈✨ The Fiesta Bowl Came to Hartford! ✨🏈
The Fiesta Bowl team stopped by Mr. Kim’s 2nd Grade TOP classroom to capture our Huskies putting his Fiesta Bowl Grant to work! 💙🐾
From hands-on STEM activities and robotics to creative problem-solving and collaboration, students were excited to show off the amazing learning opportunities made possible through Mr. Kim’s grant winnings.
We are so proud of Mr. Kim for continuing to bring innovative experiences into the classroom—and so grateful to the Fiesta Bowl for investing in our teachers and students! 🌟
