We are no longer affiliated with the US Shorinji Kempo Federation (USSKF) in the State of California or the World Shorinji Kempo Organization (WSKO) in Kagawa, Japan.

Miyamoto Musashi in the Scroll of fire talks about the Three Cries
(There are three distinct cries, used before, during and after an encounter. Vocalizing at the right point is paramount. Our voice is a vocalization of our energy. We use it to roar at fires, or at the wind and the waves, for it show the fierce power within us.)

Testing on June 8th 2023. 11 new belt level. Great group of kids.

Tested three students on March 30th 2023. Green Belt, Blue Belt and one for Black. Very proud of them.
Starting Class up again on Jan 3rd. 5:00 for kids and 6:00 for teen adult class. Hope to see everyone back for the year.
