Legacy Traditional School - Chandler

Our students had the incredible opportunity to participate in the History Rocks Tour, hosted by the U.S. Department of Education and sponsored by Freedom 250. Through interactive games, engaging activities, and lessons about America's history, students explored the people and events that helped shape our nation.

We were honored to host Dr. David Barker, from the U.S. Department of Education, who shared American and Arizona history with our students. Mr and Mrs Aaron Hale, the founders of Legacy Traditional Schools, also joined us in welcoming Mr Barker.

As we look ahead to America's 250th birthday, we're grateful for opportunities like this that bring history to life and inspire the next generation of learners.

Hosted by the U.S. Department of Education, the History Rocks Tour is a nationwide educational initiative traveling to all 50 states to celebrate America’s history as we approach our nation’s 250th birthday! Our campus was chosen to represent Arizona!

This exciting event features:
⭐ Interactive, high-energy games for students
⭐ Revolutionary history and American founding facts
⭐ Fun opportunities to learn about Arizona and local history

Students will participate in engaging activities designed to make history come alive while building excitement for the nationwide America 250 celebrations taking place throughout 2026. We hope your family will join us for this unforgettable educational celebration!

• No other physical forms will be accepted
• ONLY the CAA form is allowed — NO exceptions
