What an incredible day at our 12th Annual Livestock Show!

With over 70 animals exhibited, the quality of livestock on display was impressive—but what truly stood out was the character of our exhibitors. Watching these kids help one another, encourage each other, and show respect—even in the middle of competition— was something special to witness.

We are incredibly thankful for our judges and the time, care, and thoughtful feedback they gave to each exhibitor. One judge summed it up perfectly when he said, “You’re not only raising great livestock, you’re raising great kids.” That couldn’t have been more evident throughout the entire show.

We also want to extend a HUGE thank you to everyone who helped make this show possible. From setup to cleanup and everything in between, this event truly took a team. We couldn’t have done it without everyone pitching in, and we are so appreciative of the time, effort, and support given so generously.

We appreciate Chandler FFA and Mrs. Williams for the use of their facilities and equipment and all of their hard work!

Thank you to all the families, friends, and supporters who came out to cheer on these exhibitors and support the show. It truly takes a community, and we felt that support every step of the way.

We had a successful Santan 4H meeting at Chandler High FFA tonight. Cayden presented a demo on Parliamentary Procedure. Logan Auza presented on our future rocking horse community service project.

Congrats to all Santan 4H members who showed at the Arizona State Fair.

It’s that time of year! FFA and 4H members are starting new livestock projects and Brenna recommends to: clean the water trough/bucket once a week to ensure it is algae-free. Empty the water container and scrub it to remove algae, dirt or debris. Rinse it twice each week using a weak solution of bleach and water (1 part bleach: 9 parts water), then rinse again with fresh water and refill.

A trip to the State Capitol for a visit to the House Of Representatives with State Representative Laurin Hendrix. We learned a lot and got our own private tour! Super Coool!
