HEAT is the Humanitarian & Environmental Action Team of Chandler-Gilbert Community College, founded in the fall 2006 semester by CGCC students under the office of student life and leadership, to be a grass roots student led club/organization dedicated to humanitarian issues, environmental issues, ecological literacy, sustainability, gardening, and civic engagement.

Come out Friday, March 22nd to help us work with rescued burrowing owls at Wild at Heart animal rescue, located at 31840 North 45th Street, Cave Creek, AZ 85331!

There will no mass transportation (i.e Bus/Shuttle), but if you need a ride or would like to carpool, simply be to the campus garden just North of the Ironwood building by 8:15 AM.
