Our young campers had an unforgettable culinary experience during our Mexico Summer Camp with an amazing Cooking Class led by Chef Dora Basaca. 👩‍🍳🇲🇽 .photography

The students learned the art of making homemade tortillas from scratch and prepared delicious chorizo and chicken enchiladas, discovering the rich flavors, traditions, and cultural significance behind these beloved Mexican dishes.
