Random though.....while I was driving to work this morning thinking about all these schools and their 1st day coming up it dawned on me that our class has several that graduated with us and became teachers! So just curious, what does everyone do for work?

I would just like to point out that over the years I have seen SO many posts talking about "ride or die" this or that. None of these people have stated that they're riding on the float. Which is sad since it's an opportunity to ride with a very, very minimal (but not zero) chance of dying.

Salutations!
It's getting down to crunch time yall! We've got a few things narrowed down! Here's a rough draft of the Class of 2000 25th reunion:

Friday- decorate the trailer from 6pm til ?. This will take place at Amy Winters house. Address to be added. We have several decorations for the theme. Some things we could use if you wanna volunteer to bring any: tape, zip ties, movie posters.

Saturday
8:45 breakfast at The Fat Rooster (970690 OK-18 Chandler)
10:30 line up for parade (please bring 2-3 bags of candy, the end of the route tends to not get any)

We've reached the whatever happens, happens phase of the planning process. Well, if I'm honest, that's also the phase of life I'm in. So. Just make sure you get your t-shirt orders in by tomorrow, May 7th by 5:00pm.

I have updated the website and the design is corrected. The theme this year is movies from our time...what are some favorites from 2000...we are keeping the float fairly simple...red carpet, velvet ropes a movie night inspired balloon arch and framed movie posters of movies from the 2000's...here is a link to the top movies from that year...let me know what your favorite is...if we want to go crazy we could all dress up as a favorite character. Let us know your thoughts.

Greetings everyone! So here's the 411 so far......no one wants to host so Amy suggested we meet up for breakfast at a restaurant called the Fat Rooster just a little south on Hwy 18. They open at 7 and have a great breakfast buffet. This is a great idea and takes the burden of planning, hosting, clean-up etc from someone. We will figure out a time later on.
Now, how about the parade and our class float.....? Can you please comment below on who will be participating in decorating the night before and riding on Saturday?
Lastly Amy Winters has drummed up a shirt design for our class. It has been posted on our page. Make sure to get your orders in ASAP, and yes, she can ship those to you if you can't make it!
