𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻?

One technique I train jobseekers and emerging professionals to use -- is to approach the interview with a mindset of reducing questions from the interviewer

By framing the elevator pitch, introduction or impact statement in a way that eliminates some of the predictable or anticipated questions.

If done effectively, this gives the interviewer the answers they need and can limit the Q&A segment of the interview experience;

Which then creates an opportunity for the interview to become more of a conversation of getting to know who you are as an individual and contributing team member

Vs a ping pong of questions and answers.

Yes, there are certain industries that practice particular interview standards, which can include assessments, case studies, problem solving, etc.

However, there is still a portion of those interviews that allow for rapport (relationship) building;

And if you adequately prepare, there are predictable questions you can expect to receive from the interviewer.
