You do not have to be a CASE member to use the action center to make your voice heard about this threat to the education of students with disabilities.
Take Action Now!
The Department of Education has announced plans to move OSERS to the Department of Health and Human Services and OCR to the Department of Justice.
CASE believes both offices belong in the Department of Education. OSERS administers IDEA, and OCR helps ensure students' rights under federal education laws are protected. These critical responsibilities should remain under the leadership of education experts.
📢 Contact your Members of Congress today and urge them to keep OSERS and OCR where they belong—at the Department of Education. https://www.casecec.org/action-center
