Starting June 15 through July 17, Unit 4 campuses will be open Monday-Thursday from 7:30 AM-4:30 PM. On Fridays, buildings will be open by appointment only. Have a great summer!

Hi everyone☀️,

Please help us spread the word to your families of children who use AAC systems! This June, we will be hosting a free parent training on how to use AAC to communicate at home! Interested families may also sign up for 1:1 coaching sessions after they attend the training. We hope this will help our students use their devices more consistently between home and school!

We are offering this training in English, Spanish, and French on different days.

Este junio, estaremos ofreciendo una capacitación gratuita para padres sobre cómo usar AAC para comunicarse en casa. Our 5th graders celebrated a big milestone with a day full of fun, friendship, and memories! 🎉

Students enjoyed a movie theater trip complete with popcorn and drinks before heading to the park for games, kickball, volleyball, tennis, and time together as a class. We are so proud of all they’ve accomplished this year and can’t wait to see what’s ahead for this amazing group of students! 💙🍿⚽🎾🏐

School and Sport Physicals

We are so grateful for our student teachers each year in partnership with the College of Education at the University of Illinois!✨ Ms. Rosas and Ms. Posadas came back to visit Ms. Muñoz' 4th grade class and they came in their full graduation regalia to surprise the class before they graduate and go on to become teachers themselves!🎓 What a great way for our students to see how bright the future can be!🤩

¡Estamos inmensamente agradecidos por nuestras maestras estudiantes cada año en colaboración con la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad de Illinois! ✨ La Sra. Rosas y la Sra. Posadas regresaron para visitar la clase de 4.º grado de la Sra. Muñoz, y lo hicieron vistiendo su atuendo de graduación completo para sorprender a los estudiantes antes de graduarse y convertirse ellas mismas en maestras.🎓 ¡Qué excelente manera para que nuestros estudiantes vean que brillante puede ser el futuro!🤩
