Phi Alpha Delta, Magruder Chapter

On March 7th and 8th, our Chapter hosted our Third Annual Phi Alpha Delta Intraschool Mock Trial Competition! This year, we had fourteen incredible competitors who prepared and competed diligently over the course of the weekend. We are so proud of their hard work and know they will make incredible trial advocates. Thank you to our wonderful sponsor, Hall Prangle, for supporting this event. We also want to thank Masha Polupan, who wrote an exciting case for the competition. We also greatly appreciate our alumni, current members, and all students who helped us put on this wonderful event!

Last weekend, our two Magruder Chapter teams competed in the Phi Alpha Delta Law Mock Trial Competition in Washington, D.C. These students worked very hard over the course of the past five months to prepare, and we are very proud of their hard work. The teams placed 5th and 6th at a competition of nearly 30 other teams! Two of our competitors, Nic Brandon and Darius Johnson, also received the overall award for Outstanding Prosecution!
