I gave a presentation yesterday on the science behind a healthy belt! It was wonderful to get to share my research and converse with so many other talented teachers at NATS. Also got to judge some terrific students. What a great conference and weekend in Iowa City! Got a certificate to show I’m legit ;)

Thank you to everyone whose lesson was canceled today due to Robert’s broken leg! Robert got his cast and is doing much better. He is grateful to all of you for allowing his mommy to be with him every step of the way :)

This is the lovely Emily Wilson. She is a classical singer, but tried her hand at musical theater! She picked up the style extremely well :). Congrats Emily!
