FRC Team 4096, "Ctrl-Z"

CHAMPS RECAP 📣 Ctrl-Z had the wonderful opportunity to compete with world’s best in the Archimedes Division at the FIRST Championship in Houston! After qualifications, we joined Alliance 2 with team 1114 Simbotics, team 27 RUSH, and team 548 Robostangs.
Together, our alliance had an incredible performance, ending as division finalists!

😱🥑 End of day recap!

We went 3-2 today, but we were mechanically and electrically robust and had no big breaks on the field.

We are currently ranked 25th and going into tomorrow, we are excited to keep showing our best and fighting for ranking points!

What an amazing weekend! 🤩 Team 4096, CTRL-Z, had an amazing time last weekend at the Miami Valley Regional. We made history for our team, winning regionals as alliance captains!!🔥🏆

We had an outstanding performance with an incredible 9-0 win loss streak, going undefeated in qualification matches. We were the 2nd Alliance captains, partnering with Team 2338 Gear it Forward, Team 6964 BearBots, and Team 9097 MachBusters. We put up an incredible fight through playoffs: getting an event high score, and then emerging as champions!

This milestone victory reflects our team’s dedication, preparation, and growth from our first regional and throughout the season. In a few weeks we will head to the World Championship in Houston, Texas, where we will compete amongst the top robots across the world. CTRL-Z would like to thank all of our mentors, sponsors, and everyone who has supported us so far, and we can’t wait for what’s to come!

🥇☄️Guess what?? Ctrl-Z just won the Miami Valley Regional with our alliance partners 2338 Gear it Forward, 6964 BearBots, and 9097 MachBusters!! We’re so incredibly proud as this is our first regionals win as a captain, our first autonomous award, and our first time going undefeated in qualifying. We’re excited to keep working hard and bring our best robot to worlds. See you all in Houston!
