Counseling Center Paraprofessionals are students from ALL departments on campus. They engage in outreach around mental health related topics.
These are students who want to make a difference in the campus community. Counseling Center Paraprofessionals (CCPs) provide a wide range of services to the student population. For example, the Tuesday @ 7 workshop series covers a variety of personal, social, and academic concerns and is open to all students. CCPs also present and facilitate single-session workshops on request. Topics include stre

Tonight’s Tuesday@7 will focus on how self-perception shapes our understanding and view of our body image, and the link between body image, self-esteem, and self confidence.

Tonight's Tuesday@7 is Woulda, Coulda, Shoulda: Cultivating Positive Self-Talk where participants will learn what positive self-talk is, its importance, and how self-care plays a role. Participants will also discuss how to reframe negative thoughts. The workshop will take place starting @ 7 at the Women's Resource Center, located at 616 E. Green St.
