Our Motorsports students spent time getting our 90 Civic freshened up and ready to return to autocross after a little break. It felt great to be back!

Tried something new during our summer Motorsports class today. The students got what I'm going to call an Autocross Familiarization lesson. We spent about an hour in the classroom learning what autocross is, safety aspects, how events are run, and looked at some examples of course elements they might see at an event.

Afterwards we took our Civic out and set up a short course in one of our parking lots. The students got some practice navigating a basic gate, Chicago box, slalom, and some offset gates.

There was no way we were going to come to Utah for training and not visit one of the bucket list places for all speed freaks.

Today we paid a visit to PBL to speak with the next generation of young gearheads. Students got to experience hands-on activities that included cylinder head and piston removal using some of our GM small blocks.

Our engine team will be making their first SEMA competition run at 9:15a PST (11:15 CST) and again later today (10/31) at 3:45p PST (5:45p CST). Join us here for a live stream!
