CHILD KILLED: Kenyon Parker, 15, was shot & killed at a basketball tournament at the Garfield Park Gym in the 100 block of North Central Park Ave. in West Humboldt Park neighborhood, West Side on August 16, 2018. Police arrested another child and a gun was recovered.
