AFPECI is a regional chapter serving the Champaign-Urbana, Danville, Mattoon, Charleston, Effingham and Decatur communities in East Central Illinois.

The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) represents nearly 30,000 members in more than 213 chapters throughout the world, working to advance philanthropy through education, training, mentoring, research, credentialing, and advocacy. The association fosters the development and growth of fundraising professionals and promotes high ethical standards in the fundraising profession.

AFP ECI is a regional chapter serving the Champaign-Urbana, Savoy, Rantoul, Danville, Mattoon, Charleston, Effingham, and Decatur communities in East Central Illinois. AFP provides value to our members through a variety of professional networking, educational, leadership and volunteer opportunities. The Chapter meets monthly for educational networking luncheons. We invite you to join us at our monthly educational networking events on a variety of topics including annual fund, major gifts, planned giving, the role of social media, and many other topics related to fundraising and advancement.
