The Peer Advising Program is a student group that assists admitted freshmen in their academic transition to the Business family. All new students are connected with upper level students who serve as peer advisors. The peer advisors work closely with the Office of Undergraduate Affairs to enhance the advising process for new students, and also facilitate the following:

• Provide leadership and foster a network of peer support.
• Serve as a role model and provide information on academic and non-academic opportunities.
• Inform new students on policy and procedures as well as campus resources.
• Answer questions about the college, campus, and community.
• Teach the registration process to new students in preparation for scheduling classes.
• Support the professional advisors.
